Ingredients

 

  • 50 gr Glass noodle (soak in hot water 5 minutes)
  • 5 tbsp teak trei mteh (khmer dressing)
  • 10 pcs sweet basil leave
  • 2 tbsp roasted peanut crush
  • 50 gr Carrot 
  • 15 gr shallots sliced
  • 10 gr cucumber sliced
  • 10 gr long beans 
  • 20 gr Mixed bell peppers

Step by Step Instructions

Step 1

Sock glass noodle (vermicelli) in side water about 10 minutes and then strained it out from water.

Step 2

Put the slice vegetable in a mixing  bowl all together basil leave add khmer dressing mixed it well or adjusts seasoning to taste.

Step 3

Remove from mixing bowl put it in serving plate arrange nicely, top with roasted peanut.
