About this Recipe
Glass noodle Salad is a tropical food, Especially the best food for ceremonies or party with friends & family join eating together.
( this recipe is vegetarian, vegan also gluten free)

Ingredients
- 50 gr Glass noodle (soak in hot water 5 minutes)
- 5 tbsp teak trei mteh (khmer dressing)
- 10 pcs sweet basil leave
- 2 tbsp roasted peanut crush
- 50 gr Carrot
- 15 gr shallots sliced
- 10 gr cucumber sliced
- 10 gr long beans
- 20 gr Mixed bell peppers
Step by Step Instructions
Step 1
Sock glass noodle (vermicelli) in side water about 10 minutes and then strained it out from water.
Step 2
Put the slice vegetable in a mixing bowl all together basil leave add khmer dressing mixed it well or adjusts seasoning to taste.
Step 3
Remove from mixing bowl put it in serving plate arrange nicely, top with roasted peanut.
